POSH Accessories is committed to making your shopping experience quick and easy. We have put together answers to some frequently asked questions so that you can shop with confidence. Thank you for visiting POSH and we hope you enjoy shopping with us.

Is shopping online safe?
Yes, shopping with POSH Accessories is totally safe.  We use advanced security systems to encrypt your payment details so they cannot be read over the internet. We take your security very seriously.

Why do I have to register?
This is a simple process to make shopping with us easier in the future.  We will ask you to nominate a Username (usually your email address) and a Password (any memorable word of your choice).  When you make a purchase and proceed to checkout, you will be asked to register or sign in if you have shopped with us before.

What if I forget my Password?
Don’t worry; simply click on the ‘Forgotten your password?’ button on the account log-in page and we will email it to you.

Is my personal information safe?
Absolutely; we are registered and comply with the UK Data Protection laws and all information is kept secure.  We do not store any card details so you will have to re-enter this information when you shop with us. 

How does the Shopping Cart work?
When you see something you want to buy, simply add it to your Shopping Cart  It will show details of reference code, price and quantity and you can change any details before finally placing your order and proceeding to checkout.

How do I pay for my order?
When you have finished shopping, your Shopping Cart will show details of your selected items.  You will be asked to confirm and then proceed to checkout and our secure payment system.  We accept all major credit and debit cards.

What if there’s a problem with my credit/debit card when placing an order?
The most common problems are not entering the correct billing address or the card holder name as displayed exactly on the card.  If your credit or debit card is refused please try re-submitting your order using a different card. For reasons on why your card was refused, you will have to contact your card issuer.

How do I know my order has gone through?
Once your payment has been confirmed, the process is complete and we will acknowledge your order by email.

What are your delivery charges?
Regardless of how many items you order, there is a single charge of just £3.95. If your order totals £100 or more, delivery is free of charge.

What happens if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
All items are subject to availability but generally, if an item is showing on the www.poshaccessories.co.uk website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods we may be in a position where we cannot supply an item or there may be an unexpected delay in despatch. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible.

When and how will my order be delivered?
All in stock items shall if possible be despatched in one parcel and we will always endeavour to send your goods as soon as possible. We aim to despatch your goods within 2-5 days but please bear with us during busy periods.  We currently use Fastways Couriers for our delivery service and will require a signature on delivery.

Do you offer next day delivery?
Not at the moment but we hope to very soon and will let you know on the website when this is available.

What happens if I am out when you deliver?
We understand that you may not always be at home to receive a delivery, and offer the option of delivery to an address other than your registered payment card address when processing your order.  If for any reason the delivery cannot be signed for, it will be taken to the nearest depot and a card will be left explaining where the parcel is and what to do next.

Are there any places where delivery might take longer?
There are certain areas i.e. Scottish Highlands, Islands, offshore locations, Northern Ireland where a delivery may take longer.

Do you deliver overseas?
Sorry, we do not currently offer overseas delivery.

Can I change my order?
We are unable to amend or cancel your order once it has been placed.  However, you do have up to 14 days to return your item for a full refund.

What if my order arrives damaged?
In this unlikely event, simply pack the goods into their original packaging, enclosing the original invoice, stating the reason for the return.

What if I want to return an item?
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days from purchase.  Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we are not able to exchange or refund pierced earrings unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.  Full details are contained in our Returns Policy.

Please note all goods must be returned in a saleable condition in their original packaging.  You are responsible for the goods until received by us and we strongly advise that you use Royal Mail special or recorded delivery to return goods.  We do not pay for return postage; this will be at your own cost unless goods are faulty.

When will I get a refund if I return an item?
Once we receive an item, we will process the return and refund within 5 working days. Please allow at least 21 days from collection for the payment to be credited back to your account (this may take longer depending on how long it takes your bank/building society to process the payment).

How do I use a promotion code?
Posh Accessories may from time to time offer promotions on selected items. Simply enter the promotion code into a designated field for the discount to be applied.
