We are a UK VAT registered company with the registration number 936 4430 20. The prices of all products displayed within the website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%.

Content Accuracy

Whilst we have taken all reasonable care in displaying the contents of this website and endeavour to ensure that all of the product information is correct, we do not warrant  the operation of the site or the the accuracy of the information, contents or products on this website. We have made every effort to display and describe both the colour and dimensions of all our products. Please be aware that some jewellery products are handmade and made from natural products and their colour and composition may vary slightly from that shown. We may make changes to the range of products and prices described in it, at any time without notice. Please also note that some photos portray items which are not included in the purchase price and are used for illustrative purposes only.

Ordering From Us

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement by email detailing the products you have ordered. Please ensure that the email address you provide is correct.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order. We reserve the right to refuse to accept an order: where goods are not available; where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment; if there has been a pricing or product description error; or if you do not meet our eligibility criteria.  Orders are accepted at our sole discretion but are normally accepted if the goods are available, the order reflects correct pricing and your payment method is authorised for the transaction.

Availability

All products displayed on the Posh Accessories website are subject to availability. We aim to keep items in stock at all times but we may occasionally experience a break in the continuity of supply. This may be due to the nature of some of the products being handmade or imported or us experiencing higher than anticipated demand. We will advise you immediately if an item is not available and when new stock is expected. Please be aware that some product ranges may be exclusive and only available in limited numbers.
