Delivery Information
We are currently offering FREE Standard delivery on all orders, but at checkout you can also opt for Guaranteed Next Day Via Royal Mail but orders for this service must be placed before 2pm.
We will aim to deliver your goods within 2-5 days of your order but this is approximate and not guaranteed. We will always endeavour to dispatch your goods as soon as possible but please bear with us during busy periods. We generally use Royal Mail for our deliveries and a signature will be required for most goods. All in stock items shall if possible be dispatched in one parcel. If for any reason there is a delay in the delivery of any items on your order, we will advise you by email.
What if I want to return an item?
We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase but if you are not completely satisfied you can return the item(s) for a full refund. Please state your order number and/or name and address and the reason for the return and we will advise you where to return your goods. Please include your Order Number together with your name and address to enable us to process your return quickly. We recommend you either obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office, or send your goods by Recorded Delivery. Please ensure you wrap your parcel up carefully to prevent damage on the return journey. The goods will remain your responsibility until they have been received at the returns address. Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we are not able to exchange or refund pierced earrings unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When will I get a refund if I return an item?
Goods are refunded within 30 days.
