DELIVERY INFORMATION - UK

Our delivery charge is only £2.95 on all UK standard orders and free on all orders over £40 which are generally sent by Royal Mail.  Unfortunately due to the increase in internet fraud we now send most orders by signed for Recorded Delivery so a signature will be required. At checkout you can also opt for Guaranteed Next Day Delivery with Royal Mail for £5.95.  Please note that orders for this Next Day service must be placed before 2pm, Monday to Thursday only.

We will always endeavour to dispatch your goods as soon as possible and will do our best to do so on the same day if placed before 2 pm Monday to Friday.  Any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the Monday after.  However this same day service may not be possible during very busy periods but in any event should be within 1-2 working days of your order.   All in stock items will be dispatched in one parcel.  If for any reason there is a delay in the delivery of any items on your order, we will advise you by email immediately.

Returns

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase but if you are not completely satisfied you can return the item(s) for a full refund within 14 days from purchase. Please include your Order Number together with your name and address to enable us to process your refund quickly.

Please ensure you wrap your parcel up carefully to prevent damage on the return journey. The goods will remain your responsibility until they have been received by us.  We recommend you either obtain a free “Certificate of Posting” from the Post Office or send your goods by Recorded Delivery. Unfortunately for hygiene reasons we are not able to exchange or refund pierced earrings unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We do not pay for return postage; this will be at your own cost unless goods are faulty.

Goods are refunded within 30 days.

Rest of World Delivery Charges

Delivery Charges to Australia, New Zealand and the United States are £9.95

Please note: We reserve the right to refuse airmail shipment on certain items due to weight restrictions and if this is the case we shall advise you accordingly.
